Review the settings, dependencies and any notes for the WorkstationService section of the Embedded Core module in the Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) module catalog.
This setting specifies domains to be listed for browsing and whether the primary Domain Name Service (DNS) suffix changes when domain membership changes
WorkstationService uses the Server Message Block (SMB) protocol to create and maintain client network connections to remote servers. Client systems use the SMB protocol to request file, print, and communications services from server systems over a network.
