LockToolbars (Standard 8 Module Reference)

Review the applicable Feature modules and any examples for the LockToolbars setting in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8).
This setting specifies whether the toolbars are locked or can be moved by clicking and dragging the separator bars on the side of the toolbar.
Set to true to lock the toolbars in position; otherwise, set to false. The default value is false.
