Clears all device input that has been buffered.

Remarks

Any data events or input error events that are queued, usually waiting for DataEventEnabled to be set to true and FreezeEvents to be set to false, are also cleared.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
