FBA Fails When Configuring EWF

Description

When it is booting the run-time image on the boot drive, First Boot Agent (FBA) fails.

Resolution

Check the FBALOG.txt file to verify that EWF is initially disabled. Search for the following line:

Enable= Disabled, Optimize= 0, LazyWrite= N.

If EWF is enabled at boot time, change the settings for the EWF component. In Target Designer, access the settings for the EWF component. Verify that the Start Enabled check box is cleared.
