httpOnly property

Gets or sets whether a cookie is accessible from Javascript or not (i.e. accessible from javascript).

Note  These APIs can only be used with F12 developer tools and the Diagnostics Script Engine, and can't be called from JavaScript.

 

This property is read/write.

 

Syntax

object.httpOnly = bhttpOnlybhttpOnly = object.httpOnly

 

Property values

Type: boolean

True if cookie is accessible from Javascript, false otherwise.
