getMemoryProfileURN method
Returns a snapshot of the worker thread and returns a URN.
Note These APIs can only be used with F12 developer tools and the Diagnostics Script Engine, and can't be called from JavaScript.

This method has no parameters.
Remarks
This URN is used in getMemoryProfileFromWorkerURN on the main thread to get the Blob associated with this URN.
