propertyInheritedTraceLength method

Returns the number of rules that are applied to a property.

 

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.propertyInheritedTraceLength(name, pLength);

Parameters

  • name [in]
    Type: BSTR

    The property that the rules being returned apply to.

  • pLength [out, retval]
    Type: long

    The number of rules applied to the property.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
