To add a hard a drive to the storage pool, chose a drive as follows:
Ensure that the hard drive has a minimum storage capacity of of 60 GB, or has 60 GB of unallocated space if it is a system drive.
When choosing between internal or external hard drives, considering adding an internal drive, as it has less probability of getting disconnected.
Between choosing fewer hard drives with large storage capacity, or multiple hard drives with smaller storage capacity, consider adding lesser number of hard drives with large storage capacities.
