RMS: DirectoryServices Performance Counters

The following table shows the performance counters that are available for the RMS: DirectoryServices performance object.

Counter	Description
Directory Services AD Queries Per Request	LDAP queries to Active Directory per directory services request.
Directory Services AD Queries Per Second	The number of LDAP queries to Active Directory per second.
Directory Services Cross-Forest Queries Submitted	The number of directory service queries across forests that were submitted by the server.
Directory Services Database Hits	The number of hits in the database directory services cache.
Directory Services Database Hits Per Request	The number of hits in the database directory services cache per request.
Directory Services Database Hits Per Second	The number of hits in the database directory services cache per second.
Directory Services Database Misses	The number of misses in the database directory services cache.
Directory Services Database Misses Per Request	The number of misses in the database directory services cache per request.
Directory Services Database Misses Per Second	The number of misses in the database directory services cache per second.
Directory Services Empty AD Queries	The number of LDAP queries that returned empty results.
Directory Services Failed AD Queries	The number of failed LDAP queries.
Directory Services In-Memory Hits	The number of hits in the in-memory directory services cache.
Directory Services In-Memory Hits Per Request	The number of hits in the in-memory directory services cache per request.
Directory Services In-Memory Hits Per Second	The number of hits in the in-memory directory services cache per second.
Directory Services In-Memory Misses	The number of misses in the in-memory directory services cache.
Directory Services In-Memory Misses Per Request	The number of misses in the in-memory directory services cache per request.
Directory Services In-Memory Misses Per Second	The number of misses in the in-memory directory services cache per second.
Directory Services LDAP Connections Dead	The number of LDAP connections that are inactive or unresponsive.
Directory Services LDAP Connections Slow	The number of LDAP connections that are marked as slow.
Directory Services LDAP Connections Up	The number of LDAP connections currently up.
Directory Services Maximum LDAP Connections	The maximum number of LDAP connections that are possible.
Directory Services Non-Empty AD Queries	The number of AD queries submitted by the remote directory services component that had a non-empty result.
