Removing Microsoft Services for NFS

To remove Microsoft Services for Network File System (NFS) components

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.

  2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

  3. Click Add/Remove Windows Components. The Windows Component Wizard appears.

  4. From the list of components, double-click Other Network File and Print Services.

  5. Select the Microsoft Services for NFS box and click OK.

  6. To remove individual components, click Details. Then, select the check boxes of the components to remove and click OK.

  7. Click Next and follow the on-screen prompts to remove the component.
