Diagnosis
Message Queuing setup was unable to automatically locate a Windows Server 2008 R2 family domain controller in the local site or a nearby site.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, verify that there is network connectivity between the computer on which you are running Message Queuing Setup and a domain controller in the local site or a nearby site.
Verification
After verifying network connectivity between the computer on which you are running Message Queuing Setup and a domain controller in the local site or a nearby site, try installing Message Queuing features again.
