Connect to Server Dialog Box
Applies To: Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista
Use the Connect to Server dialog box to remotely connect to the server that you want to manage. Certain fields are pre-populated, based on the server that you select before you click Connect.

Server name |
Displays the server address or name of the selected server to which you want to connect. This field is read-only. |
Server port |
Displays the port to use for the selected server. This value is pre-populated with the default value for the administration service. Only numeric port range values are accepted. |
User name |
Provide your user name. |
Password |
Provide your password. |
Connection name |
Displays the connection name of the selected server to which you want to connect. |
