Edit Feature Settings Dialog Box

Use the Edit Feature Settings dialog box to configure default IIS SEO site analysis settings.

UI Elements

Element Name Description

User Agent

All HTTP requests made by IIS SEO Site Analysis have the HTTP user-agent header set to the value that follows. This field cannot be edited.

Maximum Number of Concurrent Requests

Type the maximum number requests that the IIS SEO site analyzer can make at one time.

Reports Directory

Edit the directory path in the texbox or click Browse to open the Browse For Folder dialog box to specify the directory on the local file system where the site analysis reports, analyzed data, and cached Web site content will be stored.

Ignore Words

Edit the field to add or remove words that the IIS SEO site analysis will ignore. Entered words are delimited by commas without following spaces. The default values are as follows.

a, an, and, are, as, at, be, but, by, can, for, from, has, have, i, if, in, is, it, my, no, not, of, on, or, that, the, then, this, to, was, we, with, yes, you, your

Word Separators

Edit the field to add or remove characters that will be recognized as word separators. The default values are as follows.

,.;:()[]='"\/*!#<>?‘’

External Program

Type a path in the textbox or click Browse to open the Select Application dialog box to specify the file path of an external program that will be used for file comparisons.

Command Line Arguments

Edit the textbox to add arguments for the external file comparison program. By default, substitution variables for the program itself and one argument are supplied.
