To help maintain a secure network, only users with administrator permissions can access the Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials Dashboard. Additionally, you cannot use the Administrator user account to sign in to the Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials Dashboard by using the Launchpad.
