Type: System.Decimal
A Decimal equivalent of the string.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

s is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
FormatException

s is not in the correct format.
OverflowException

s represents a number less than Decimal.MinValue or greater than Decimal.MaxValue.
