Gets the current count of the XmlReader.

Property Value

Type: System.Int32
The current count of an XmlReader.

Remarks

The method is used by generated classes and should not be directly invoked.

The XmlSerializationReader uses an instance of the XmlReader class to count when a read operation occurs. The count is incremented each time the reader calls an appropriate method, for example the Read method or the ReadElementString method.
