XmlDictionaryReader.ReadStartElement Method (XmlDictionaryString, XmlDictionaryString)

Checks whether the node with the given localName and namespaceUri is a start element and advances the reader to the next node. Throws an exception if the node is not a start element.

Parameters

localName
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The local name of the element.

namespaceUri
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The namespace URI of the element.

Remarks

Throws an XmlException if the element is not a start element.
