Initializes a new instance of the ContractDescription class with a namespace-qualified name specified.

Parameters

    Type: System.String
    The namespace that contains the name of the contract.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

name is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
ArgumentOutOfRangeException

name is empty.

Remarks

The namespace can be an empty string ("").
