Parameters

  • xmlNamespace
    Type: System.String
    The identifier of the relevant XML namespace (use a string, not a true Uri type).
  • prefix
    Type: System.String
    The recommended prefix to use when mapping the XML namespace.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

xmlNamespace or prefix are nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

Do not include the colon character (:) in prefix.
