Disable Legacy Control Panel (CSCP)

Post the launch of New Control Panel, from Skype for Business Server build 2019 2046.524, we are adding support for two new registry keys that, when present, validate the input and disable the original Control Panel (CSCP) from the launch option menu.

SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Real-Time Communications{5DC8C4D5-5133-4CE5-BF4E-8C459BF419D6}\OCP : Registry key for disabling the original Control Panel (CSCP)

Note

If the registry keys aren't present, then there will be no change to the Control Panel launch behavior.

The following PowerShell script adds the two new registry keys:

If you have accidentally run the above script and want to revert the changes, then run the above PowerShell script with -Undo parameter.
