SQLFreeEnv Mapping
When an application calls SQLFreeEnv through an ODBC 3.x driver, the call to
SQLFreeEnv(henv)
is mapped to
SQLFreeHandle(SQL_HANDLE_ENV,Handle)
with the Handle argument set to the value in henv.
