How do I cancel an upcoming bill?

From the Billing tab in your TakeLessons Student account

If you no longer wish to take lessons and would like to cancel your monthly bills, you can cancel lessons directly from your online student account. This will let you cancel all lessons associated with your upcoming bill and stop all future bills.

  1. Log into your account and go to the Billing tab
  2. From the top of the Current Statement section click Cancel your monthly bill.

  1. Select the reason for cancellation from the drop down menu, then click Confirm Cancellation
