Notifications during modern standby and their auditory alerts can be disturbing to some users, particularly in the evening and late night hours. Focus assist allows the user to define a period of time each day during which notifications are suppressed and go directly to Action center. Users can configure this Focus assist setting via Settings > System > Focus assist > Automatic rules > During these times.
