The USB interface cannot enter function suspend.
UdecxUsbDeviceFunctionSuspendedCannotWake
The USB interface cannot send a wake signal to the host controller.
UdecxUsbDeviceFunctionSuspendedCanWake
The USB interface can send a wake signal to the host controller when the function is in suspend state.
