IWDTFSimpleIOEx2::PerformIO method (wdtfinterfaces.h)

Performs a small amount of simple I/O to the device.

Syntax

HRESULT PerformIO(
  [out, retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pResult
);

Parameters

[out, retval] pResult

True if the operation succeeds; otherwise, false.

Return value

C++

If this method succeeds, it returns **S_OK**. Otherwise, it returns an **HRESULT** error code.

C# and VB.NET

True if the operation succeeds; otherwise, false.

Remarks

You should call the PerformIO method only after calling the IWDTFSimpleIOEx2::Open method.
