Lid Basic Requirement Test

The Lid Basic Requirement Test implements one test case: the user will close and open the device lid. For each test iteration, system measurements are taken to evaluate whether the lid open/close transition occurred as expected or not.

Note: This test is under delayed enforcement in 20H1-- it exists to ensure the device lid state is properly being reported, yet it should not block certification for 20H1. Download the latest HLK filters to ensure this errata is in place.
