The DrawDibStart function prepares a DrawDib DC for streaming playback.

Syntax

  HDRAWDIB hdd,

);

Parameters

hdd

Handle to a DrawDib DC.

rate

Playback rate, in microseconds per frame.

Return value

Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
