IMFPluginControl2::SetPolicy method (mfobjects.h)

Sets the policy for which media sources and transforms are enumerated.

Syntax

HRESULT SetPolicy(
  [in] MF_PLUGIN_CONTROL_POLICY policy
);

Parameters

[in] policy

A value from the MF_PLUGIN_CONTROL_POLICY enumeration that specifies the policy.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
