IN4_IS_UNALIGNED_ADDR_UNSPECIFIED function (mstcpip.h)
Determines whether the address argument (which is permitted to be unaligned) is the unspecified IPv4 address (inaddr_any).

Type: _In_ CONST IN_ADDR *
Pointer (which is permitted to be unaligned) to the address to test.
Return value
true if the address is the unspecified IPv4 address (inaddr_any); otherwise, false.
