Value: 0
If the connection is broken, the refresher attempts to reconnect to the provider automatically.
WBEM_FLAG_REFRESH_NO_AUTO_RECONNECT
Value: 1
If the connection is broken, the refresher does not attempt to reconnect to the provider automatically.
