EngLpkInstalled function (winddi.h)
The EngLpkInstalled function determines whether the language pack is installed on the system.
Syntax
ENGAPI BOOL EngLpkInstalled();
Return value
EngLpkInstalled returns TRUE when the language pack is installed. Otherwise, it returns FALSE.
