Remarks
To create this object, call CoCreateInstance.
To use this class from Microsoft Visual Basic, add a reference to the COM+ Services Type Library. A ClrAssemblyLocator object can be declared using "COMSVCSLib.ClrAssemblyLocator" as the class name.
