ExtendedProperty.Value property

[CAPICOM is a 32-bit only component that is available for use in the following operating systems: Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, and Windows XP. Instead, use Platform Invocation Services (PInvoke) to call the Win32 API function CertGetCertificateContextProperty and obtain the properties. The Value property sets or retrieves the extended property data.

The extended property data, in the format specified by EncodingType.
