Comentarios

IsLoopback devuelve true si el URI especificado al crear esta instancia era 127.0.0.1, bucle invertido o localhost, o si el URI no especificó información de host (por ejemplo, file:///c:Dir/file.txt). Todos los demás URI devuelven false.
