Comentarios

Solo Popup se puede animar cuando la AllowsTransparency propiedad está establecida en true. Esto requiere la aplicación que crea el Popup control para ejecutarse con plena confianza.

PlacementTarget Si el objeto está animado, no Popup se animará.
