Converts a String to a TimeSpan.

Parameters

ctx
ITypeDescriptorContext

The ITypeDescriptorContext object used for type conversions.

ci
CultureInfo

The CultureInfo object used during conversion.

data
Object

The String object to convert.

Returns

The TimeSpan representing the data parameter in minutes.
