Introduction

Version 19.4 for Make.PowerApps.com and App.PowerApps.com is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update. This version was first made available in preview on February 27, 2019, and completed worldwide rollout on March 6, 2019.

Preview contact details on hover, like in Office 365

Live Profile Cards are a standard for inline People experience in Office 365. Dynamics 365 users are now part of this coherent experience, as end users in Unified Interface can hover over lookup fields featuring contact entity and view details of that contact in CDS as a live profile card.

  • End users can quickly lookup details of a contact record without navigating to the contact form.
  • End users can start a quick call/email/IM with their contacts.

Enabled by default, administrators have the option to turn off profile cards for their organization under Administration -> System Settings -> General tab.
