pView: IVsTextView

[in] Pointer to a view object.

iBar: Int32

[in] Integer value referring to the bar.

iMinUnit: Int32

[in] Integer value for the minimum units.

iMaxUnits: Int32

[in] Integer value for the maximum units.

iVisibleUnits: Int32

[in] Integer value for the visible units.

iFirstVisibleUnit: Int32

[in] Integer value for the first visible unit.
