Kaizala Text Translation

Kaizala now enables you to translate any text message into the language of your preference as well as lets you send a text message in your preferred language without worrying about receivers’ chosen language.

Microsoft Kaizala introduces inline text translation feature where you can communicate seamlessly in any language. This feature supports over 60+ languages and you can find the list below and this is available in both Android and iOS.

Translate a Kaizala message

The following sections describe how you can translate a text message in Kaizala chat window.

  1. Open the Kaizala app and go to a 1:1 or group chat
  2. Tap and hold to select the message
  3. Select Translation icon Screenshot of Translation icon. from the toolbar in the top

To change your Kaizala app language, go to Settings > Language and update the language.
