[in] The requested number of hidden regions to retrieve.
- ppOut

[out, size_is(cEl)] The list of IVsHiddenRegion objects that have been retrieved.
- pcElFetched
Type: System.UInt32%
[out] Pointer to the actual number of hidden regions supplied in ppOut. The caller of this method can set this to nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if cEl is one.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
