Nilai yang dikembalikan oleh properti ini mewakili prioritas proses yang paling baru disegarkan. Untuk mendapatkan prioritas terbaru, Anda perlu memanggil Refresh() metode terlebih dahulu.

Kelas prioritas proses mencakup berbagai tingkat prioritas utas. Utas dengan prioritas berbeda yang berjalan dalam proses berjalan relatif terhadap kelas prioritas proses. Win32 menggunakan empat kelas prioritas dengan tujuh tingkat prioritas dasar per kelas. Kelas prioritas proses ini ditangkap dalam ProcessPriorityClass enumerasi, yang memungkinkan Anda mengatur prioritas proses ke Idle, , Normal, HighAboveNormal, BelowNormal, atau RealTime. Berdasarkan waktu yang berlalu atau dorongan lainnya, tingkat prioritas dasar dapat diubah oleh sistem operasi ketika proses perlu diletakkan di depan orang lain untuk akses ke prosesor. Properti BasePriority memungkinkan Anda melihat prioritas awal yang ditetapkan ke proses. Namun, karena bersifat baca-saja, Anda tidak dapat menggunakan BasePriority properti untuk mengatur prioritas proses.
