In questo esempio viene illustrato come trovare gli elementi generati da un oggetto ControlTemplate.

L'esempio seguente mostra uno stile che crea un oggetto semplice ControlTemplate per la Button classe :

Per trovare un elemento all'interno del modello dopo l'applicazione del modello, è possibile chiamare il FindName metodo di Template. Nell'esempio seguente viene creata una finestra di messaggio che mostra il valore effettivo della larghezza dell'oggetto Grid all'interno del modello di controllo:
