返される値の順序ICollectionは指定しません内の対応するキーと同じ順序にすることが保証されますが、ICollectionによって返される、Keysプロパティ。The order of the values in the returned ICollection is unspecified, but it is guaranteed to be the same order as the corresponding keys in the ICollection returned by the Keys property.
