指定したルールに が含 Allowまれている場合、このメソッドの効果は、指定したユーザーのすべての Allow ルールを削除し、指定したルールに置き換えることです。 指定したルールに が含まれている場合、 Deny指定したユーザーのすべての Deny ルールは、指定したルールに置き換えられます。

指定したルールに一致するユーザーと AccessControlType 一致するルールがない場合は、 rule が追加されます。
