Creates a URL that contains a query string field that has the specified page number.

The target page number.
Returns
The target URL.
Remarks
The GetQueryStringNavigateUrl method is used by the NumericPagerField and NextPreviousPagerField pager fields to create the target URL for each button of the pager field. The target URL includes a query string field that contains a name/value pair. The name is the value of the DataPager.QueryStringField property, and the value represents the value of pageNumber
.
