업데이트 관리 배포 동안 컴퓨터가 준비(정상) 상태로 표시되지 않는 데는 여러 가지 이유가 있을 수 있습니다. Windows Hybrid Runbook Worker 에이전트의 상태를 확인하여 기본 문제를 검토할 수 있습니다. 다음은 컴퓨터의 세 가지 준비 상태입니다.
- 준비: Hybrid Runbook Worker가 배포되었으며 마지막으로 확인된 시간이 1시간 이내입니다.
- 연결 끊김: Hybrid Runbook Worker가 배포되었으며 마지막으로 확인된 시간이 1시간을 넘습니다.
- 구성되지 않음: Hybrid Runbook Worker를 찾을 수 없거나 배포가 완료되지 않았습니다.

Hybrid Runbook Worker의 상태를 확인하려면 VM이 실행 중이어야 합니다. VM이 실행 되고 있지 않으면 VM 시작 단추가 나타납니다.
업데이트 에이전트 문제 해결 페이지에서 검사 실행을 선택하여 문제 해결사를 시작합니다. 문제 해결사에서는 실행 명령을 사용하여 컴퓨터에서 스크립트를 실행하여 종속성을 확인합니다. 문제 해결사가 완료되면 검사 결과를 반환합니다.

운영 체제
운영 체제 검사는 Hybrid Runbook Worker가 지원되는 운영 체제 중 하나를 실행하고 있는지 확인합니다.

.NET Framework 검사는 시스템에 .NET Framework 4.6.2 이상이 설치되었는지 확인합니다.

WMF 검사는 시스템에 필요한 버전의 WMF(Windows Management Framework)가 있는지 확인합니다.
Azure 업데이트 관리가 작동하려면 Windows PowerShell 5.1이 필요하므로 Windows Management Framework 5.1을 다운로드하여 설치해야 합니다.
TLS 1.2
이 검사는 TLS 1.2를 사용하여 통신을 암호화하고 있는지 확인합니다. TLS 1.0은 플랫폼에서 더 이상 지원되지 않습니다. TLS 1.2를 사용하여 업데이트 관리와 통신합니다.
문제를 해결하려면 TLS 1.2 사용 단계를 수행합니다.
에이전트 서비스 상태 검사 모니터링
Hybrid Runbook Worker
문제를 해결하려면 Hybrid Runbook Worker를 강제로 다시 등록합니다.

그러면 컴퓨터에서 사용자 Hybrid Worker가 제거됩니다. 나중에 확인하고 다시 등록해야 합니다. 컴퓨터에 시스템 Hybrid Runbook 작업자만 있는 경우에는 아무 작업도 필요하지 않습니다.
유효성을 검사하려면 Microsoft-SMA/Operational 이벤트 로그에 15003(HW 시작 이벤트) 또는 15004(hw 중지 이벤트) 이벤트 ID가 있는지 확인합니다.
