Remarks
The AllowWhitespaceLiterals method overrides the inherited implementation of the ControlBuilder.AllowWhitespaceLiterals method to always indicate that white spaces in the text that are associated with the Literal control are not represented by System.Web.UI.WebControls.Literal objects.
