Personalize list and card pages

Completed

List and Card pages can be personalized as well. In general, you'll have the same possibilities and it works in the same way as it does for the Role Center page.

Adjust column width on lists

You can adjust the width of any column in a list page without starting the personalization. Just drag the border of any column header to resize it. You can also use AutoFit (as in Microsoft Excel) to automatically size towards optimal size for displaying caption and values of that field. Just like with personalizations, the resized list pages are only changed for you.

Personalize navigation menus on lists

You can move or hide any navigation menu and all the underlying menu items on a list page. After opening the Personalize function, you can point to an item and choose to move, hide, or open it.

Personalize action menus on lists and card pages

You can personalize the action menus on your list page. You can move items between menus or make them invisible by removing them. If you remove an item, you can bring it back by clearing the personalization.

When available, you can also hide or show actions. This means that you can switch between hide and show without clearing the personalization.

Personalizing the card page

The card page has some additional personalization possibilities. You can hide or move fields on the card page by dragging it to the desired position. You can also decide if a field is only shown when clicking Show more on the Fast Tab or if it needs to be shown at all times.

In the example above, the Name field is always shown when you open the Fast Tab, you don't need to select Show more to have it displayed. This field is also displayed when the Fast Tab is closed, it's a promoted field.

You can change this behavior for instance by clicking both Show under "Show more” and Show always. In this case, the name field isn't shown any longer when the Fast Tab is closed. It also isn't shown when it's opened. You need to select Show more to get it reviewed.

You can also personalize the sections in the Factbox in the same way.
