Window.DisplayVerticalScrollBar property (Excel)
True if the vertical scroll bar is displayed. Read/write Boolean.

expression.DisplayVerticalScrollBar
expression A variable that represents a Window object.
Example
This example turns on the vertical scroll bar for the active window.
ActiveWindow.DisplayVerticalScrollBar = True
