Comentários

A Minute propriedade não é afetada pelo valor da Offset propriedade.

Você também pode criar uma representação de cadeia de caracteres do componente de minuto de um DateTimeOffset objeto chamando o ToString método com os especificadores de formato personalizado "m" ou "mm".
